Our Fund II investments focus primarily on Pre-Seed to Seed companies with initial commitments ranging from $1.5 million to $2 million USD. We have the capacity to invest more significant amounts of capital through special purpose vehicles and limited partner co-investment. Our preference is to lead rounds, take board seats, and serve as active advocates in building businesses. However, we are happy to co-lead and syndicate with other great investors. We have the ability to invest up to 30% of our fund outside North America and up to 25% of funds in broader energy related technologies which may be relevant to the future of green molecules®️ and the energy expansion.
